What is a RAT?
RAT stands for "Remote Administrative Tools". What a RAT does, is give you complete access to the victims computer. You can tamper with their files, programs, mic, passwords, and much more. This is not legal if the victim doesn't know about the RAT on their computer. An example of a legal RAT is TeamVeiwer, because the victim knows about the connection.

You might be reading this, not knowing why you are doing a virus scan. Almost every virus program sees this program as a virus. Wait, then how do we even infect people with this? Well, easy, with encrypting. To learn about encrypting your server, scroll down to the "Encrypting/Binding" section. Why is it so critical to use this scanning website, apart from the others? Well because the other sites give out the buypoe.combuypoe.combuypoe.combuypoe.combuypoe.combuypoe.combuypoe.combuypoe.combuypoe.com to Anti Virus companies, so the the encryption becomes detected. As this one does not, as long as you have the "Do not distribute the sample" box checked.

Installing the Program/Program Setup

Ok, so first we need to download everything. The program we'll be using is called "Cybergate".

Now, for the No-ip software. Go to http://www.no-ip.com/
Before downloading the software, you want to register on the website. Once registered, login and click "Add a Host"
Then, do the following

Once filled out, press "Add Host"
Alright, now download the No-IP DUC from the website. It's free.
Once downloaded, you want to login with your No-IP.org login and pass. Then your host name should come up. It should be a blushing smiley face.
Alright, now with the No-IP set up, go to Cybergate and install.
Go to "Control Center" and click "Start". Now click "Control Center" then "Options" then "Select Listening Ports".
Now enter a random port that hopefully no program uses. We will port forward this port later. Then click the Green Arrow, then click "Save". Go to Control Center > DNS Console. Enter your No-IP info there. Make sure the IP address is the same one on No-Ip.org. The "Host Name" is the name of the server you created on No-Ip. Alright, Once you updated that, it's time to portforward!

Port Forwarding!

You can go to portforward.com for a tutorial on port forwarding with your router. Make sure you forward the same port you entered in on cybergate.

Server Creation!

Alright. With the port forwarded, go to Cybergate. Click "Control Center" then "Builder". Click Create a server.
Make a user named "Hacking"

Click "Forward"
Now, enter your No-IP host name. Enter it like this: hostname.thing.org

Make a username/pass you will remember.

Now, go to the "Installation" tab. Enter as I do.

We don't click "Melt File" because it looks suspicious.
Make sure the "Message" tab doesn't display anything.
Go to "Keylogger". This is important for hacking things like RS accounts.

Now, Go to "Anti-Debug".
If you are testing it on yourself, don't check any. If you aren't testing it on yourself, and you are giving it to other people, do as I do. Check everything.

Now, go to "Create Server"

UPX makes the file smaller. Click "Create Server" and it should be saved where your Cybergate.exe is.
Almost done, more work needed!
