You need to include the actual e-mail on the screenshot of the msn chat.



Just don't edit out the e-mail at all, include the full screenie you had and ensure the e-mail is there.

Because they have thousands of users daily active, they also have hundreds of scammers, they could assign a certain moderator to just deal with scams, but most of the mods are huttburt drama-queens so thats that ide aout of the window. if you've ever bought a game with your credit-card on steam contact steam and say the account has been stolen and provide your card details for verificiations. Only the last 4 digits though.
