Just a quick heads up there are ALOT of good deals on steam at the moment £299.99 packs down to £60 - containing like 30 games. A good number of great games (orange box for example) are also reduced significantly.

the bigger package deals at the 2nd of January I think but theres new daily ones
They have daily game deals for 12 games which last 24 hours, it's usually a 50% or 75% knock-off. If the game isn't well heard of, it'll get a huge discount, whereas more renowned games will only get about 50% knocked, still a good deal though.
They also have game packs, usually with 5+ games in them for insane prices such as £50. Got myself quite Just Cause 2 and the Square Enix pack today, must say this is the best time to buy games off steam. Hopefully they'll be knocking the price off ME2 and H.A.W.K soon.
