Good guide. I agree, with one exception...
In this particular video example, UTG+1 is making a smallball 2.5x raise. You have a deep stack and are in position. I think that anything 77 or bigger here should be a 3bet. The goal is to see a cheap flop, but people often don't realize that the value of your hand, even if you flop trips, decreases greatly after the flop.
There are very few hands that will be strong enough to fire four bullets against you out of position. So 3bet an extra $18 preflop, and if they fold to your 8:1 draw, it'll result in a more profitable drop than the 7 times you will limp-call a continuation bet, just to flop or turn a monster on the 8th try.
